I have been training here for a little over 2.5 years and I can still say that Alex, Gabi, and Arthur deliver world class instruction and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. From black belt to first day white belt they do their very best to make sure everyone feels welcome and learns BJJ. I’m never training anywhere else. They have become like family. Also the sense of community you experience here is unlike anything I have experience, it’s given me some great friendships. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars I would.
Hands down great Gym. The owners and professors are world class and it is a very welcoming and friendly environment. You are immediately brought into the BJJ community and taught friendship/respect. The skills developed both mentally and physically will help prepare you not only for everyday life and competition but also self defense. Please join us. You won’t regret it !
They have many times to fit your busy schedule as well. Early morning Tuesday & Thursday . Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday evening as well as Saturday morning. Kids classes too. No experience necessary. I started with zero and I’m hooked for life. Don’t hesitate. Let’s Go !!!

Coach Alex has been great with my son and daughter. Both are learning a great discipline and are being taught respect and avoidance if at all possible. His love for his own kids shows while training mine and both can’t wait til the next class.
I transferred from another BJJ academy to Ceconi BJJ recently and have been impressed with the personalized experienced. The school is smaller than where I trained before and is very intimate. The instruction is high caliber and the training partners are friendly. My 6 year old son joined as well and they have a great kids class!
As a woman I find it important to know self defense! I’ve had different martial arts experience, and I have found that Ceconi BJJ has been the absolute best for me!! I love the fact professor Alex not only emphasizes details & technique, but also friendship & respect. I highly suggest, anyone to come check out what all this hype is about!🤙
I’ve been training at Ceconi BJJ for a year now. As others here have stated, Professor Alex is an awesome instructor! He takes the time to make sure that we really understand the technique; that we are not just going through the motions. Considering this is the first martial art I’ve trained, this helps tremendously with grasping the fundamentals of BJJ. A lot of what is taught has been applicable to life on and off of the mats. The gym motto is “friendship and respect” and there is a lot of emphasis put on this. Everyone that trains here wants to help each other progress and I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to roll with. It’s like a second family. I highly recommend stopping in for a class, you won’t regret it!
